Hyra is a dynamic web platform that enables sales reps and managers to measure, track and improve performance and effort. The platform will dynamically encompass future integrations and product enhancements.

A SaaS platform that allows sales representatives to report daily tasks to managers based on a series of weighted KPIs that managers define, Hyra is revolutionizing the Sales industry. Employees KPIs are tracked, recorded and measured. The data will instantly be sent to dashboard and software integrations, where the data will be reflected live-time and dynamic.


The Challenge


Conceptualizing the product

Before Hyra, no adequate solution existed that allowed Sales employees to record and report their daily KPI’s to Management. Sales Representatives wanted to know what defines high performance and success, whilst managers need to know exactly how everyone on their team is performing.

The need for a KPI tracking software

Working from home has increased the need for employers to monitor metrics and the effort of their Sales Representatives, and this is where Hyra comes in. Managers should know exactly how everyone on their team is performing, while Sales Reps want to know what defines high performance and success. The Hyra team wanted us to build them the Sales tracking software and the SaaS platform from the ground up in the most efficient way.

Building the Brand

Since Hyra was a new product, offering a solution that did not exist before and represented the future of the Sales industry, it was important for the company to build the brand and design a brandbook that accurately represented them, the product and their vision.

Engaging User Experience

Because this software is so revolutionary for the sales industry, it was of vital importance to get it right and get it in the market as soon as possible.

Numerous meetings were held with the design and UX/UI team, in order to create the perfect design for the software. A design that would be simple, engaging, and easy to use. The interface was built with this principle in mind.

The user experience was also given a lot of consideration, as the software needed to be engaging and self explanatory, in order to not waste time training and adding more workload to the salespeople who would be using it.

Efficient SaaS development

To create a software of this size and importance, Hyra also hired one of Motomtech’s developing teams and a DevOps team. From frontend to backend, our developers nailed down the whole platform, exceeding time and quality expectations. We choose top talent who wrote lightweight, easy-to-maintain code, and we employed product managers who verified what the Hyra team wanted, and helped deliver it.

Adding new features

DevOps engineers then introduced more processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout Hyra’s development life cycle, from coding and deployment, to maintenance and updates. And to ensure everything ran smoothly, our team of experts also configured and monitored the system.
Because Hyra was so heavily requested by companies, new features are still being added after its initial release.
