Poro faced the challenge of bringing together three entirely different user roles: customer, restaurant, and driver, into one cohesive experience. Off-the-shelf tools couldn’t offer the customization they needed. The team wanted more than just a food ordering app, they needed a full ecosystem that supported real-time logistics, dynamic menu management, user-friendly interfaces, and the scalability to grow quickly.
